Success Only Crowdfunding Fees

To assist companies with raising capital to fund restart and growth Crowdsphere is offering its equity crowd funding on a success fee only basis. The conditions of this offer are that upon successful completion of an offer (or words to this effect) the Investee allocates the normal $3,500 activation fee and 6% success fee into a pool to be used as follows:

1. $5,000 to Crowdsphere; and

2. The balance is set aside to pay an Investor appointed independent director or for additional financial reporting services.

Firms raising capital may still have separate advisory fees for preparing pitch materials and structuring the offer. Crowdsphere is a licensed equity crowdfunding platform managed by Armillary Private Capital.
