Armillary joins M&A Worldwide
31.03.2023
Armillary Private Capital is pleased to announce it has joined M&A Worldwide, an International network of independent M&A advisory service firms that collectively have 46 offices in 36 countries, and over 600 M&A professionals.
M&A Worldwide was established in 2004 by a small group of firms that had the vision of an integrated M&A organisation as markets globalised, and as clients needs to access international opportunities increased. M&A Worldwide global coverage provides access to a wide and unique range of strategic buyers, acquisition, and merger candidates as well as corporate financial partners that ensure successful transactions. Through a true cooperation spirit, the members work together to fulfill the clients’ domestic and cross-border objectives in a trustworthy and professional manner.
In 2021 the members collectively completed 567 transactions, with a combined value of €9,658 billion.
David Wallace and Martin Gray attended M&A Worldwide’s annual convention in Thailand in late 2022 and spent time connecting with other network members. The convention also provided the opportunity to listen to a number of speakers discussing the current economic and business environments in South East Asia, Thailand, Vietnam, and Malaysia and their positioning in the global landscape, as well as meeting a number of local corporates and investors interested in cross-border acquisitions and investment.
For Armillary Private Capital joining M&A Worldwide represents an opportunity to formally extend our international reach and gain access to the network’s insights and industry groups. We see this as an opportunity to gain access to broaden our distribution to global investors and a wider range of potential counterparties for our clients. It also gives us the opportunity for our team to access specific international expertise, and have the ability to transfer to other members when wanting to work and travel internationally.
